The efficiency of our claims service is of high priority to which past claimants can attest.
Watercraft Claims
Navigate has the ability to settle watercraft claims around the world. We understand, and are sympathetic to the frustrations of the owner who is denied the use of his boat or equipment as a result of a claim incident, and we therefore work quickly to resolve any issues and finalise claims. This is of course is a two-way street and there is much the owner can do to speed the process.
Watercraft Claim Checklist
Items to accompany the fully completed claim form to ensure speedy claims finalisation:
- Valid copy of vessels COF, and valid copy Skippers COC
- Digital Photographs of damages
- Comparative quotations for repair / replacement, where applicable
- Copy of purchase invoices, where applicable
- Copy of Trailer registration papers where applicable
